IPAC’23 / STUDENT POSTER SESSION GUIDE 4 Student Poster Session Prizes and judging The student poster session is separate from the main poster session and is an opportunity to showcase work of the students. Best student posters will be awarded to 2 students whose work, presented in the special session for students (Sunday, May 7, between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm) is particularly meritorious. Each winner will receive a cash prize of 500,00 EUR, presented during the Accelerator Prizes Special Session during IPAC’23 on Thursday, May 11 afternoon. The evaluation committee will judge and decide the winners of the two conference prizes for the best student posters. Main criteria for the best poster selection are presentation and clarity, quality of the poster, the student’s contribution, and scientific and technical merit. All students should attend their posters for interactions with judges and conference delegates between 14:00 – 18:00. All delegates and exhibitors are encouraged to visit the student poster session.
